The ImageServer can also be used with the ClearCanvas Enterprise Server. The Enterprise Server is a proprietary product offered by ClearCanvas. When configured to be used with the Enterprise Server, the ImageServer can take advantage of the following additional features:
| • | Support for centralized audit trail logging. |
| • | Centralized authorization and authentication support with multiple user logins and authority tokens and groups. |
| • | Configurable user groups and permissions |
| • | Shared user logins with the ImageViewer and ClearCanvas RIS |
At the time of this manual being published, the Enterprise Server has not been released. An announcement will be made on the ClearCanvas web site when it is available.
