When studies are deleted, a work list of the studies is displayed along with a textarea for specifying the reason for the study being deleted. A reason can be selected, which will populate the comment area with a default comment which the user can expand upon.

If a user has administrative access to the ImageServer, then a "Save reason as:" input will be displayed which will save the reason and comment so that they can
be selected in the future in the Reason drop down list.

Note: The Server Partition can be configured to keep track of the deleted studies for auditing purposes. When configured, the studies will be moved into a special folder and can be found again in the deleted Studies screen. See Server Partitions for more information on how to enable this feature. |
