Welcome to the ClearCanvas RIS/PACS Getting Started Guide for RIS and Workstation v.2.0. This guide is meant to provide you with general instructions on how to set up the RIS with the simplest configuration in order to get you up and running as quickly as possible. New in this version are specific instructions on how to perform an upgrade to version 2.0 from the previous version 1.5.
Please review the new Pre-requisites chapter for an understanding of which software pre-requisites are necessary for the RIS and Workstation components of the ClearCanvas RIS. Please refer to the Workstation User Guide for more in-depth instructions on configuring and using the software and thank you for choosing ClearCanvas!
