Upgrading from RIS Server 1.5

The RIS Server 2.0 Installer only supports upgrading from version 1.5 only.  As part of the upgrade process, all 1.5 application files will be removed, but the database must remain so that it can be updated by the 2.0 Installer to be compatible before installing the 2.0 application files. Please follow the instructions below to perform the upgrade.
