Indicates whether this an elective group, meaning that staff are free to join and leave the group at their own volition. |

The set of staff that have membership in the group. |
Notes
Staff groups are used in various contexts by the application. For example, a staff group can subscribe to a Worklist, meaning every member of that staff group will see that worklist. Staff groups are also used in the Preliminary Diagnosis workflow, and the organization of Canned Text, to name a few examples.
