If you're a developer, you'll be interested in the ClearCanvas Application Framework and SDK. The Framework is the foundation for all of our current and future applications. Our PACS Viewer, PACS Server and RIS are all built on top of it. It's a flexible, .NET based development platform, where new functionality can be added to existing applications by way of plugins. For example, if you wanted to add your latest and greatest image processing algorithm to the PACS viewer, you can write a plugin to do so. Or if you want to tightly integrate the viewer with your existing RIS so your users have a seamless workflow experience, you should be able to do that too. We are continuously improving the Framework by adding new features and making it as easy as possible to use so that developers and researchers can concentrate on things that are of core importance to them, not mundane stuff like logging, auditing, window management, etc.
