My server crashed and upon rebuilding it I was forced to reinstall clear canvas server and drag in my data into the _incoming folder.  Things are importing fine, however at the speed of 4,000 studies per day which is about 10 gigs a day, I calculate it will take 30 days to get the job done as my incoming folder still has 310 gigs to go.

Is there a better way to restore a crashed database?

This procedure from the User's Guide should work for recreating the database.  Its definitely faster than dragging the studies into the import directory.  The procedure details re-creating the configuration, then running the reinventory service scheduling entry.
