We have a client currently using Clearcanvas Imageserver 2.0 x64 and Clearcanvas Workstation 2.0 SP1 x64. They have a DR system where they view the images , add annotations and then send this image to the ClearCnavas PACS. When these images are viewed by Clearcanvas Workstation the annotations are missing.
If they export the DICOM image from the DR software and then view this with Clearcanvas Workstation the images include the annotations.
We suspect that there is some incompatability between the way the DR software sends presentation State information to the Clearcanvas PACS and hence they are not stored, or stored incorrectly, in the PACS.
Has anyone had this issue and found a work around or even just a definitive diagnosis of what the problem may be so I can work with the DR software provider to resolve ?
