Hi all,

I would like to retrieve a study from the image server, that study should contains 5 images. However after retrieve completed, it onlys contains 3 or sometimes 1 image. CC client and PACS Server connected through a VPN.

Just curious, does this only happen when there's KO/PR objects involved in the transfer (Key Object Selection, Presentation State)? Only asking because I didn't think that was the error we got in the logs for the timeout problem, but I could be wrong.
