I want to be able to easily record when a user has successfully downloaded a study from imageserver. This would include a time/datestamp, the study downloaded and the IP address/AET.  I assume  this could either be by parsing the standard  log files or creating a separate smaller user log file for only these fields.

Is there either a plugin for a parser like log parser lizard (GUI for MS Log parser) that allows easy parsing of CC Imageserver logs or is there a way to configure Imageserver to log this information separately. I am limited in programming knowledge.

A plugin for imageserver perhaps would be an alternative that permits user customisable logs?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

DTaylor

I found a cheap shareware program that does a reasonable job of parsing unzipped CC IS log files with some logic. Its light weight and fast though just a simple search tool.:
'SadMan Software Search' if anyone is interested.
