 I'm troubleshooting a timeout issue with a GE PACS and I was wondering if there was any way I could increase the timeout on CC Workstation when waiting for the C-MOVE RSP? Currently, the query for patients works fine, but I never get the images in the retrieve. I tried Q/R with another DICOM workstation  and it takes about 2-3 min to get the C-MOVE RSP from PACS. Thanks for any information.

 This has been discussed a few times on the forums. Have a look at product bulletin 005, or search the forums for "read write timeout" or some variation on those words.

Also, are there any errors in the logs, or in the Workstation send/receive queue?
