I'd like to have a ticket created to be able to address the issue identified in the post below.  I have a very small patch that will address the issue of migrating to VS2010, and adds resilience against VS2008 designer regenerating the Settings.Designer.cs file, which could cause the same failure.

Ticket #9835 was created to address this issue. I'm expecting that the patch will basically consist of changing ToolStripSizeType to IconSize?
