Can anybody tells me how to connect Opensource for PACS from ClearCanVas OpenSource using TortoiseSVN or TortoiseHG..i need the authendication information also to connect with this.

Step-by-step instructions are available here.

This is a Mercurial repository, and TortoiseSVN will not work. There is no authentication required.
