The following patch addresses ticket 1408 (https://trac.clearcanvas.ca/source/ticket/1408#preview).  I added a  PluginIconAttribute class, though another option would just be to add an optional Icon string property to the existing PluginAttribute class.  I'll leave it to you guys to decide which you prefer.

FYI, we decided to go with the second way of doing it, i.e. include an Icon property on the existing PluginAttribute class. We've added this in 1.1.
