This patch doesn't actually change the UI colour scheme in anyway.  It simply makes some minor UI colour settings changes so that if a custom, dark-coloured theme were to be applied to Windows that someone slaved to create (i.e., me), ClearCanvas Workstation will respect it and look good.

This involves using the most-flexible style for the some of the DotNetMagic shevles (Office2007Black in this case), setting various colours to proper System colours on DotNetMagic tab controls, and cleaning up the background of the server configuration PNGs so they're transparent (I made these icons myself, so there aren't any copyright issues; I donate them in full :) ).

I'd really, really, really like it if this made it into 1.5 (they're trivial View changes, afterall...)

Thanks for the patch...though I'm afraid it'll have to wait til the next version, since we've already locked down the code for 1.5. Had you been just a few days earlier... :P
