Per DICOM part 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 and IHE PDI profile, we have created a class with static method
that generates directory name and filename using study instance uid, series instance uid, and sop
instance uid. So, we would have a directory structure and filename like AW002BC1/3265282A/4A76CA52.
