Can anyone please tell me where to find a guide which walks through step by step tutorial of building the ImageServer as there is a post which guides us to compile and build the RIS Client and RIS Server.

How to build Image Server, how to deploy service and how to configure the web interface of ImageServer to work correctly with the service. Any clue. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.     Thank you!
