Hello All,

When i integrate CCWorkstation1.5 with MyRIS using automationhelper to Openstudy("..StudyInstanceUid..."),giving error of

"Failed to open the primary study".

In CCWorkstation i have no study(workstation empty),iam using CCImageServer as default server and CCImagestreaming Enable cheked.

But study is present in CCImageServer.Iam not able to open that study in CCViewer.

Need Help on this.........

Hi image, I'm not sure when the bug was fixed (I though it was already fixed in 1.5), but there used to be a problem with the workstation's automation service finding the default servers for the current user, so that may be what you're seeing. Can you try it with 2.0SP1?

I got exactly the same error message, tried it wit 2.0SP1 and still got this error ? is this already resolved ?
