I am having problems viewing images from the webstation in the Image Server Alpha release.  I receive the message: could not establish connection to net.tcp://myserver:4520/ApplicationServices  I have read other posts on this topic and have verified that I have the ClientAccessPolicy.XML file setup as described in the help file (copied and pasted) and saved in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot folder.

If I reboot the server things will sometimes work for a while, but eventually will start occuring again.

Do you have any ideas?

Also it was my understanding that eventually the data would be transferred via http/https which I believe would eliminate this issue.  What is the status of this?

Thanks for any help.

Neal.

Neal,

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the cause of the issue is. I would make sure the ClientAccessPolicy has the "hostname" of the server listed, not just IP address. In any case you have to match the URLs to how you're viewing the files.

As for the reworking of the Webstation, this has been completed, is available in our Team Edition, and is available in our source code repository. We will eventually release this in a new open source version (we do not have a schedule as to when), but our priorities right now are with our commercial offerings.
