I'm looking for some recommendations on how best to approach a plugin / feature that I'd like to create within ClearCanvas.

What I'd like to do is be able to allow users to create reports that are associated with a specific series or case stored in ClearCanvas.

The practitioners in question are looking to migrate from an existing system over to ClearCanvas and would like to be able fill out patient reports for all of the cases in the system.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the best way to approach this in ClearCanvas?
