hi , can you please help me when installing RIS this message apear  ( the installer has failed to create the database .Aborting install , check install.log for details ) 

i create my database but still the problem not resolved

SQL folders located on both x32 and x64 in program files, folder and check SQL permissions for your user folders, because if you do not have total control the error.
