i'm a new member of RIS, i have a question please help me to explain.

the thing is: i created a new order with 2 procedures (CT Chest and CT Abdomen). when finished perfoming the Emergency Physician select the fisrt procedure (CT Chest) to do Preliminary Diagnosis. but the second one(CT Abdomen) also see the Preliminary Diagnosis without the procedures information. my question is how do i know which Preliminary Diagnosis belong to which procudres.

The preliminary diagnosis is associated with the Order as a whole, not with any particular procedure.
