Guys, I have an anoying issue. 

Here in Brazil the the ultra-sound are performed by the physician themselves, not by a tecnician as it is done in USA. I don´t know how do you proceed in Canada.

Anyway, we need to give the "start" for the exams ourselves and as I could see, we don´t have that permission allowed by default in our radilogists group. 

Ok, I have activated the performing table under the "Authority groups admin" configuration, but still can´t open the exam to give the "start". That becomes aviable only when i categorize the user as radiologist and as technician (or admin but that´s not desireble, wright?:-) at the same time.

Any ideas?

Hi- The permissions you are looking for can be found under RIS/Workflow/Documentation - you would need to give these permissions to your radiologist group.
