            I have installed RIS . When run  the RIS it takes more time to start. How can we improove that.

The online demo is known to be slow, and there isn't much you can do to improve it except use a faster internet connection. The demo is not representative of application performance when installed on a LAN. If you want, you can build the RIS from source and set up your own server, which should be much faster.
