CC 2 fails to open

I am trying out CC2 as a DICOM viewer for Windows XP machines. However not all the DICOM files are saved on a PACS server some are just loose files . I installed CC2 on a Windows XP Machine with 512MB ram and 2.24 Intel Core Duo.

CC 2 generates the following Error when I try to start it

 

EventType : clr20r3     P1 : clearcanvas.desktop.executable     

P2 : 2.0.12729.37986     P3 : 4b9041dd     P4 : clearcanvas.common     

P5 : 2.0.12729.37986     P6 : 4b903e09     P7 : 61b     P8 : 3     

P9 : system.io.fileloadexception

Hi, any chance your machine is 64 bit?
