Hi,

I am using the CC 1.3 Ris. To initialize the system, Authority tokens need to be imported as per the link "Build Ris from Source", I want to proceed defining my own set of groups and enum settings without importing permissions.

While creating an ActivityStatusEnum/ AddressTypeEnum/LateralityEnum/NoteSeverityEnum/OrderPriorityEnumor/ SexTypeEnum, the toolbar of the Enumerations is disabled along with the 'Add" option.

Unable to define any of those enums, which inturn falls over while defining a Staff where we require the SexType.

Any reasons for this, am I missing something on this,

Regards,
Sabih

Not all enums can be redefined, because the application relies on having a known set of values. In particular, the enums you mention do not support redefining the set of values, which is why the "add" button is disabled. It is not clear to me why you would want to redefine something like ActivityStatusEnum - if we allowed you to do this, the entire application would not function.

In the process of creating a RisServer set up, using the NSIS script available, after installing the RisServer and RisClient using the created NSIS installers, the ActivityStatusEnum does not display the default list(Scheduled, InProgress, Suspended, Completed or Discontinued) nor does the option of adding the ActivityStatusEnum is enabled. In fact demo version of Ris, though displays the default ActivityStatusEnum values, without the provision to Add.

Well, I am not looking at defining new ActivityStatusEnum, but wanted to add the set of default values, which are not appearing after I create and install the NSIS RisServer Installer.exe

Is there a problem in the script which prevents the default values of enums being inserted in to the database?

I'm not sure why you are not getting the default values installed... you might just want to wait for the upcoming release, which will be available soon.
