hi

we have rimage cd robot for burning CT images.

i tried to move a study to the robot by the move button on the website but it burns the same cd 4 times.  i have checked the work que:

how can i solve this problem?

its a serious problem that 3cds are wasted for every study.

The CD Robot is rejecting the association due to an incompatibility with SOP Classes. I would suggest taking a closer look at the SOP Class of the studies you're trying to send and looking at the conformance statement of the CD Robot to make sure they're compatible.
