Please take a look at the Features / Service Scheduling page of our User's Manual. Services are associated with filesystems typically, and not with partitions, as mentioned in the manual. Also, there's a mix of services that are associated with each filesystem, and some services where there's only 1 instance of the service, no matter how many filesystems you add.
