one moe remark to my problem:

After sending images within the workstation they are available on the file system (c:\FS). In the Application Log of the Image Server there is no error. He received the images and moved them to the file system.

However: They cannot be shown in the study menu. Looking to the queue menu they are available as Process study with status "pending".

What is the problem?
Why the image server cannot get the images from the file system, where they are available?

Hi josef,

The problem is due to avalable memory on your system.Memory is not sufficient on your system to process studies.

You can confirm go to alert option and check alerts.
