Hi,

I have installed the 64bit versions of Image Server, RIS Server and the Workstation client. Everything works fine, especially when the Image Server is working on another server, i.e. connected by using a X.500 certificate. Sending images from the workstation to that server is possible.

However, when I want to use the Image Server together with the RIS Server and Workstation client on one machine I have problems. Sending images from the workstation to the Image Server leads to work queues with pending images, see below.

Looking for received studies in the image server there is no study with images avaiable.

I checked all parameters and I also looked to similar problems in this forum, e.g. http://www.clearcanvas.ca/dnn/Commu...fault.aspx

However, I have no problem with Memory: there is 4 GB RAM and 1 GB swap file (disk cache). Looking to the application log there seems to be no problem as well:

e.g.

Do you have any idea?
Is that a problem with the 64bit version of the image server?

Josef,

Are you sure its not the memory issue? Note that the log about not processing is logged at the Warning level, not the error level. Also, have you looked at task manager to check the free memory?
