hello all members,

I want to know the usages to Add server partition which server we can add here. Because cc image server detail is added there and  we can add another PACS server in Devices option.

In file system can we add the path of folder that is at remote machine? if yes, than what is the format to describe the path of that folder. I am adding like :

 \\server\

by clicking add button window is disapeared but not show in list.

Thanks

Jas

Hi Jas,

Yes you can add a path of foldr at a remote machine. The path format must be in UNC (as described in the help documents) and the main machine should have the access rights to the remote machine. If the access rights are not configured you may not access the path

 Jas,

The Windows Service by default runs as a user that does not have access to network resources.  You have to set it up to use an account that also has access to the NAS for this to work.  It's described in our User's Manual on this page.
