Hello All,

I have noticed that when I do a web move with imageserver (1.5 and previous versions) and if you highlight a study that is being moved, and then look at the details, It always states:

Number of Instances Pending 0
Number of Series Pending 0

I am not sure why that is or how to get it to state the pending stuff.

Any help / guidance would be appreciated.

Regards,

AJ

AJ,

Unfortunately, the way we have implemented the Web Move code, these values are not visible. In the case of Auto-routes, we put individual records for each image being transferred into the WorkQueueUid table in the database, which is used to calculate these values. When we move a study from the web gui, we do not fill in the WorkQueueUid table, we just have the study level entry in the WorkQueue table.

Because of this, with the current software there's no way to have the pending information on the details page.

Clearcanvas Team -

Has there been any update to this yet?  Maybe imageserver 2 will be able to handle this better.  This is very confusing to the end user.

thanks --

Unfortunately, no, there is no change with this in the 2.0 release.
