I am running WorkStation 2.0 SP1 in Win7. I cant open any studies, I received the follow message. "ClearCanvas was unable to load any of the images you requested. Plase contact your Pacs Administrator, or chek the log".

I know the ImageServer is working well, because I have other CCWorstation running OK in XP.

It is the log file:

Couldn't find much on that particular error. In the ClearCanvas.Desktop.Executable.exe.config, towards the bottom, there's a configuration for "maxConnections" that is set to 5. Can you lower it to 2 and see if that makes a difference?

Are these fairly large DICOM images you're dealing with? Do you have plenty of bandwidth and memory? Sorry, I haven't seen this problem before and it's hard to diagnose from the log.

Hi,

Thanks.

I change "maxConnections" to 2 in ClearCanvas.Desktop.Executable.exe.config and its works.

Sincerely, Hugo Barboza

Hello,

I had the same problem, but in my case was solved with a stupid solution. I used the option "Run as Administrator".

I configured the permissions in Secutity in the program to my User and
so no need to run more like adminsitrador.

Thanks
