Hi,

I'm running ClearCanves Workstation on one of the PCs we have in the clinic and on that PC I'm not able to query the local machine (My Studies) every time I start ClearCanves workstation on the PC it give me this error "Unable to Query server My Studies: An error occurred while preforming the study root query" I did uninstall the software and I installed it again but with no luck!!

Cloud anyone help me solving this problem??

Issues with Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition can manifest in this fashion.

To solve this, download the file "SSCERuntime-ENU" from link below.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5783

Extract and install 32-bit version if using 32-bit windows and both 32 and 64-bit versions of SSCERuntime-ENU if running 64-bit windows.

Restart the service and the desktop application (or the entire PC) and try again.

you have to install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package without any error.
