Are you asking if you can bring up images from 2 different studies at the same time? If so, then the answer is yes. When you open a study, all related studies for the same patient (by patient ID) are also loaded into the same viewer. You can then change the layout and populate the image boxes with display sets (series) from more than one study at a time in order to compare.
