Here a couple of feature I think are important and missing in  CC WS Clinical Edition 3 the latest 6.1 I havent tried yet.
More or les in order of importance:

1) Europe CE classification.
2)  always scroll on series where the mouse-pointer is over,  without left clicking on mage set first.
3) customizable tooolbar (left right bottom top) for each monitor
4) customizable shortcuts!
5) customizeable "sections/attributes colums" shown in worlist/search windows - Ref. Physician / Acq Time etc...
6) customizeable DICOM ovelay data in image viewing
7) "real" 2/3 Monitor support incl. it in settings menu. For  Example to do:  show Worklist only on left/right monitor.  etc.. / show previous exam on left monitor via  hanging protocols.
