Images come with different patient ID from different facilities.  PACS will normally put images to the respective folder by patient ID.  I would like to find out if there is any plugins or way to modify patient ID before sending to PACS. There is a plugins I found but it crashes Clearcanvas Workstation 2.0.  Thank you.

My rename study plugin is exactly what you need. Can you tell me how it crashed? Perhaps we can get it to work.

I followed your instructions and moved those two *.DLL files to the location as you described. "To install the plugin, copy the two files from the \bin directory
(ClearCanvas.Utilities.RenameStudy.dll and
ClearCanvas.Utilities.RenameStudy.View.WinForms.dll) into the
\ClearCanvas\ClearCanvas Workstation\plugins directory."

I tried to launch ClearCanvas after the move, it will not start the program. I also closed the viewer and stopped the services and restarted them, still no success; however, when I removed those two DLL files, the program started again. I am using Windows XP Pro. Any suggestions?

Thank you, Munir

Hi Munir,

Sorry I never replied to your last post. I haven't been active in the CC community for some time. Not sure why you're having problems with the install. I am not able to reproduce the bug. Are you using version 2.0 or v2.0 SP1? If you are using the former, that may explain the incompatibility.
