Failed to load preview and editor page for patient

Hi all,

In Workstation RIS Client I'm not able to use any patient created. Any patient access that I made displays:

"Failed to load preview page. An exception occured in the script. Error name: Error: Error message: Automation server can't create object"

or

"Failed to load editor page. An exception occured in the script. Error name: Error: Error message: Automation server can't create object"

ClearCanvas.Server.ShredHostService.log file conatains:

ERROR - Exception thrown
System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'PatientSearchToolContext' to type 'ClearCanvas.Ris.Client.IWorkflowItemToolContext'.
   at ClearCanvas.Desktop.Tools.Tool`1.get_Context()
   at ClearCanvas.Ris.Client.Workflow.WorkflowHistoryTool.Initialize()
   at ClearCanvas.Desktop.Tools.ToolSet..ctor(IEnumerable tools, IToolContext context)
  
Any information concerning this issue would be appreciated.

Seems you've discovered a bug which has been logged here:
https://trac.clearcanvas.ca/source/ticket/7027

However, this bug only appears in debug builds as far as I know. Are you using a formal product release or are you building the application yourself? If you are building it yourself, please direct your questions to the developer forums.

In fact, I think that the 2 error messages are not related.

You are right, the InvalidCastException seems the one described in ticket 7027 . But, I'm not using my own build, I'm having the error with the official Workstation 2.0 SP1. However, this issue does not seem to prevent using the application.

Failed to load page errors are more a problem because they are occuring all over the application and they prevent to display most of the panels for patients, orders, ... But when running ClearCanvas Workstation with another OS user the problem disapears. Thus I presume it depends on the OS user configuration but I don't know where exactly.
