After an intense development and testing cycle, ClearCanvas RIS/PACS 2.0 is now finally available! This big new release introduces a number of new features, including MPR in the Workstationpersonal worklists in the RIS, and a number of performance improvements in the ImageServer. We are very excited about all the things that 2.0 has to offer. We hope you enjoy using it as much as enjoyed building it! Be sure to check our great new videos too! (Note also that this release also addresses Product Bulletin 002.)

P.S. If you have ClearCanvas community video to share, please let us know!

I just installed the workstation and it all went very smoothly. It looks like all the configuration was kept (e.g. servers) but all my image data is gone: there is nothing in the search results for "My Studies". Not a big deal, really, I can always retrieve it.

However, the data is still on the disk (in filestore). Can I simply open "My Computer" tab, navigate to the filestore and "Import" it?

Hi Steve,

Try doing a reindex of the database. (Tools > Utilities > Reindex Local Datastore)

Question: Is the new release compatible with Windows 7?

Thanks,

Tobias

hi,
mpr works great but we have some regulatory concerns over the mpr tool. Can you please describe a way to disable it.

Hi,

Can you elaborate on what your regulatory concerns are?

Yes it is. I have it on a laptop with the Windows 7 Professional operating system.

Does 2.0 RIS support MPPS?
