 Hello all,

Whenever I try to retrieve the studies from the other PACS Server I m getting the error below:

"Move Operation Failed(Server: Failure Status Received in MOVE-SCU: Failure: Move Destination Unknown). Please check service log for details".

Please, Help me out for this error.

Thanks

Jus, Just add your workstation to Image Server's DEVICE list with correct parameters.

I appear to be getting the same error message. My CC workstation information appears to be correclty added to the the server.  I was able to query from my CC workstation and get the header information.  The problem is trying to view the images, when I get "Last error: The Move operation failed ('Server': Failure status recieved Move Scu: Failure: Move Destination Unknown).  I was able to "verify" the connection on both my CC workstation and my PACS application.  I tested pushing the study to my CC workstation from the server and this also worked fine in that I was able to view the study under "my studies" at the CC workstation.

--I am using 2.0 BETA

Thank you,

Tony

Tony, sorry but I'm not sure what to suggest to you. Can you post some logs of this problem occurring on the ImageServer and Workstation?

Best regards,
Stewart

Is the device with AE = AETITLE in the server's (MGMDATACENTER) device list? The logs say that the server doesn't know the AE Title and Port of the workstation in order to connect to it and send the images.

it is also probably to firewall blocking send and retrieve jobs. Did you add CCWS and CC ImageServer port numbers in firewall inbound allow connection rules ? (for Server and client)
