Hello All,

I have run into a small glitch. When trying to import studies from the clearcanvas server I get the error "Failure status received in Move Scu: Failure: Move Destination unknown".

I have verified the configuration on the workstation and the server and they are appropriate. I am able to browse the studies on the server from within the workstation but I get the error when I try to retrieve the study.

The last few lines of the log file from the workstation are below.

2009-06-05 23:07:06,640 [Retrieve from 192.168.1.139/CCSERVER:4006] INFO  - Preparing to connect to AE CCSERVER on host 192.168.1.139 on port 4006 for move request to CCAKASH.

Any insight into fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

AJ

Well I figured out where I was having the issue. My airport extreme did not have port forwarding setup appropriately. I fixed that and now everything seems to be working well.
Thank you everyone for the wonderful software.

You've got the workstation in the ImageServer's device list and vice versa?

Chimarides,

You are experiencing a different configuration issue, but the error is the same: The PACS is trying to send the studies to your Workstation but the network information is incorrect.

Make sure the ImageServer is given the correct listening port of the Workstation. If the Workstation might be listening on something other than 104, the ImageServer device configuration list needs to be updated so it uses the correct port.

In my case :

Log in WS :

Failure status received in Move Scu: Failure: Move Destination unknown

But I still can upload images to ImageServer except retrieving images

I confige the devices in Server partitions of ImageServer with static IP address ,not DHCP.

Then it is ok.

But I still can not open images directly from WS when I connect to ImageServer.

Hope it helps

The only way to load images directly from ImageServer is via streaming, which can be enabled by editing the server in the tree and checking the "ClearCanvas Streaming Server" box. Then, you can open studies directly from ImageServer without having to retrieve them first.
